Kung Fu - A Arte Marcial do Corpo e da Mente (Kung Fu - The Martial Art of Body and Mind)

This report was conducted in 2006 by the Secretary of Human Resources of the Brazilian Senate.
The site has a desk where space is disclosed internal activities of every employee outside their normal working hours.
On this occasion we were interviewed, and we can tell a little about the work of the Moy Yat Ving Tsun in Brasilia.

The physical activity is not solely for the body. In some activities of artistic expression such as Kung Fu is also human development. The server Kendy Aparecido Osiro, the Department of Human Resources wanted to combine a healthy body and a healthy mind and so began training at the Moy Yat Ving Tsun MARTIAL INTELLIGENCE - being the Ving Tsun lineage among about 300 cataloged styles in the world of Kung Fu.

"Before I had identified with martial arts because many gyms only aim to fight, without teaching a philosophy of life," says the server of Japanese ancestry. Nataniel Rosa, master server and responsible for disclosing the name Moy Yat Ving Tsun in Brasilia, explains that this aspect of Kung Fu has a concern about giving people tools to deal with situations not foreseen, but without violence. There is still a need to extend the behavior of the concepts developed in this martial art.

In MOY YAT VING TSUN, the body serves as a tool for learning, so that students can experience physically the development of strategic intelligence. The technique is only a device for human development. "The physical skills achieved in this art are associated with the development of the individual as a whole, says Nataniel Rosa. The master commands the Intelligence Center of Brasilia Marcial, a select group of practitioners of this modality. The example of Kendy, who joined the core through indication, many did so.

The tutoring sessions are individual so that we can monitor progress and identify the real needs of each practitioner. This lineage of Kung Fu, don't have teacher and student but master and disciple. People above 13 years can join the traditional practice of Ving Tsun system and is not necessary to have a good physical preparation.
Nataniel says that after this age already have a certain maturity to understand the concepts of this philosophy of life.

According to Nataniel, the martial art develops emotional competence and therefore helps to work issues. "Every action must be done with strategic intelligence. Every human being has within himself aggressiveness. But we can not confuse aggression with aggression, the first of which represents the fire of our passions and frustrations played second on a third. "Many of these concepts are due to a woman, the Chinese YIM VING TSUN, founder of style. "The female mind is very much present, as the sensitivity and perception," says Nataniel.

Kendy, besides martial art, does weight training every day and has a preoccupation with food. "The Kung Fu is more than exercise. It is an opportunity to balance the pillars of life, they need to be well to live in harmony. "He says that exercise, unlike what it may mean for many it is not a sacrifice. Rather, it is part of your routine and only has provided health benefits.
